Schedule/Book An Appointment
The quickest and most efficient way to check availability and secure your appointment is through our online booking system.
Calls and text messages will be responded to within 24 hours.
We would prefer a 2-day notice when booking online. If you need something inside of 2-day notice, please text at (980) 288-4812 or email us at jerry@bluepearldrones.com to check our availability.
Photoshoot
Preparation is key to capturing your property in its best light! Here’s what you can anticipate:
Walk-Through Readiness:
- We’ll conduct a walk-through to ensure optimal conditions – all windows and blinds open, creating the perfect ambiance.
Strategic Shot List:
- Our experienced team follows a curated shot list, carefully designed for the best visual impact. Your input is crucial!

Have a specific vision in mind? Share your instructions with us, and we’ll turn it into reality! 🚀 Don’t forget, sample photos are incredibly helpful for us to capture exactly what you’re envisioning.
The duration depends on property size and services booked. Generally, for a standard shoot, plan on 1-2 hours. Larger properties may require additional time.
🏠 Property Size Matters:
- Small/Medium: 1-1.5 hours
- Large/Estate: 1.5-2 hours
🛠️ On-Site Service Requests:
- If additional services are requested on-site, we’ll do our best to accommodate, considering our schedule.

Photos:
- Expect your high-quality photos to be delivered by the end of the next business day.
Notification:
- You’ll receive an email notification once your photos are ready for download.
Videos:
- For videos, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. We want to ensure every detail is perfect!

Our :60 second video reels showcase property highlights with or without a brief :15 second agent introduction.
Absolutely! For tailored requests beyond the standard reel, charges apply at the cinematic video rate, based on home square footage.

AirBnB\VRBO
At Blue Pearl Drones, we believe in delivering a truly personalized experience for your Airbnb or VRBO property. To ensure we capture the essence and vision you have for your space, we request the host’s presence during our photo shoots. Your insights and preferences play a crucial role in creating a narrative through visuals, highlighting the unique features that make your property stand out. By being onsite, we can collaborate effectively, ensuring that the final images not only meet but exceed your expectations. For hosts unable to be onsite during our Airbnb or VRBO photo shoots, we understand the importance of capturing your property’s unique charm. To ensure we align with your vision, kindly provide special instructions or specific images highlighting key features you wish to showcase. Your input is invaluable in tailoring the visual narrative to reflect the essence of your space accurately. In the absence of specific instructions, rest assured that our experienced team at Blue Pearl Drones will photograph your property in line with standard Airbnb/VRBO practices, emphasizing its appeal and inviting potential guests to explore all it has to offer. Your satisfaction is our priority, whether you’re present or guiding us from a distance.

Yes – Taxes are calculated during booking.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULing
🚫 Cancellation Policy at Blue Pearl Drones
Cancellation flexibility is important to us! Here’s how we handle it:
Outside 24 Hours:
- No worries! You can cancel or reschedule without incurring any charges.
Within 24 Hours:
- If it’s within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot, a $35 service charge will be applied for cancellations or rescheduling.
Unable to Access Property:
- If we’re unable to access the property during the scheduled shoot, a $35 charge will apply.
⏰ Importance of Timeliness:
- Please keep the appointment and be on time, as it impacts our schedule and other clients. Your cooperation ensures a smooth process for everyone involved.

TERMS & AGREEMENTS
If full payment has been made, you have the right to use the products, and it means you agree that the right to use the products has been given ONLY to you. You agree that you cannot transfer, assign or sublicense your rights to use the products, the photographs, video, or other kinds of media included therein to anyone without the copyright holder’s written permission.
Your rights allow you to use our photographs, videos, and other media for marketing purposes. However, your Rights do not authorize third parties to display, copy, or distribute our work to provide services competitive with our products unless our written permission allows you. For real estate, these rights are valid without limits, as long as you have the listing. If you no longer have the listing, the rights to use the products are also gone.
If someone asks you about your rights to the products, you would need to refer them to us. If we allow others to use our products, an additional licensing fee may be necessary.
