Pricing:
- Basic Floorplan without measurements included with any photography packages
- Advanced Floorplan $95 – Fixed furniture\GLA
- $135.00 – 3D floorplan add-on
- Pricing for stand alone floorplan with GLA starts at $135, call for pricing.
- Large property fee for properties over 5000 sqft – $50 for every 2000 sqft over 5000 sqft

- The floorplan illustrates the property’s layout, showing the arrangement of individual rooms while excluding interior and exterior walls
- Delivered in jpeg format, combined floors and separated

GLA report – Sizes and dimensions are approximate and may differ from tax records. Measurements follow ANSI Z765 standards, as required by Fannie Mae for Gross Living Area (GLA) calculations. Blue Pearl Drones is not a licensed measurement company in NC/SC; CubiCasa-generated plans are provided as a client convenience. We neither recommend nor discourage the use of these measurements for MLS entry.
